Phoenix Tumaini is a registered Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) based in Kenya, committed to empowering orphans, vulnerable children, street children, youth, and people with disabilities.
By addressing critical needs like education, healthcare, food security and mental healthcare, we aim to create brighter futures and lasting change in the communities we serve.

Phoenix Tumaini represents our rebirth from past challenges, just like the mythical Phoenix rising from the ashes, renewed in our mission.
‘Tumaini’, meaning ‘hope’ in Swahili, symbolises our commitment to offering hope and support to the children and communities we serve.
Our Impact
- 20+ school fees paid every term (3 per year), enabling children to access quality education.
- 2+ mental health sessions organised.
- 10+ community advocacy programs, fostering awareness and support.
How You Can Help

- Donate: The wellbeing of these children is due entirely to generous donations from caring people all over the world; we receive no government or other agency funding. We welcome your contribution, and you can know that 100% of your money goes toward food, shelter and education, enabling the children to grow up with strong values, so they become successful, contributing adults.
- Partner with Us: Help us expand our reach and achieve sustainable growth.
- Volunteer: Join our team and make a direct impact in the lives of the children we support.
